Ancient Blue Bat Crystal Skull 5"

Pale Blue Smelted Quartz, Crystal Skull with Bat on the top of the head.  This very rare and unusual skull is believed to be an Old Skull, from 100 -300 years old.  Found in China this skull has a bat on its head.  In China - Bats represent good luck - protection - and prosperity, and will guide you in this direction.  I purchased this skull in Hong Kong, a wonderful surprise to find this unusual one!  Crystals often change colour, but so do smelted crystal skulls! This skull has been changing it has some wisps of dark blue in which have appeared since purchase. An inclusion of fibre inside. This skull has a small chip on the left  eye of the bat.

SMELTED QUARTZ SKULLS

Smelted quartz is made by melting down raw quartz and placing it in a mold. Sometimes colour is added.  From this piece of quartz a crystal skull is carved as any other carving.  The Chinese horoscope are linked to animals, the rabbit, the bat, the hawk, the monkey.  Hence the bat on the head of this skull. Bats represent good luck - protection - and prosperity, and will guide you in this direction.  When a skull is carved, whether it is made of a crystal or smelted quartz, the consciousness moves into the skull- and is ready to assist you to access your own higher consciousness!
